Background: The impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy is currently uncertain, however, maternal respiratory and intestinal symptoms, as well fetal complications such abortion, intrauterine growth restriction premature delivery have been reported. Case Report: A 27-week pregnant lady with a history Bochdalek hernia corrected at birth presented hematemesis, hematochezia, second stage labor. live newborn was obtained died 20 minutes after neonatal resuscitation maneuvers. pan-endoscopy mother revealed foreign body in the jejunum. Laparotomy performed repair diaphragmatic defect 30 cm jejunum resection lateral-lateral anastomosis. Furthermore, thoracoabdominal tomography presence consolidations pulmonary lobes, PCR for reported positive. Conclusion: It not usual to find an perforation due migration mesh hernia, pathophysiological mechanisms that may influenced perinatal outcome discussed above are unknown.
